What’s Hot: Restaurants with Wood-Fired Grills

 

This is a trend I can really get behind. I’m not a big fan of meats or vegetables cooked in charcoal grills. Ditto gas grills. Nothing really compares to the flavors achieved by grilling with wood. Of course it’s impractical, and labor intensive, but being practical in the kitchen is a bit pass√©.
